Moodabidri: KPCC general secretary, potential candidate for Mulki-Moodabidri Assembly Constituency Mithun Rai’s statement that “Udupi Krishna Mutt was given land by Muslim kings” in a ceremony at a mosque in Moodabidri has caused controversy and has led to discussion on social media.
On February 26, a program called “Nammura Masjid Noda Banni” was organized at the renovated mosque of Puttige Noorani Masjid in Moodabidri Taluk.
