Raitha Sangh State Unit President NS Verma who inaugurated the program said green shawl is a symbol of self-esteem of farmers. But in the name of green shawl, he accused some people of taking detours. He expressed concern that if the import of nut from abroad to India is not stopped, there will be danger to the nut farmers.
