Moobidire: Senior Civil Judge and JMFC Court and the inauguration of the newly constructed advocates’ house in the Moobidire court premises will be held tomorrow at the Moobidire court premises, said MK Divijendra Kumar, president of the Moobidire Bar Association in a press conference.
Supreme Court Justice S. Abdul Nazir, Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court Honorable Prasanna B. Varale will preside over the function. District Judiciary, Dakshina Kannada, Public Works Department Dakshina Kannada, and Moodbidire Advocates Association will be inaugurated under the joint auspices of the new advocates’ house. The chief guests will be the judges of the Karnataka High Court Hon’ble Mr. S. G. Pandit, Shri S Vishwajit Shetty, C. M Joshi, TG Shivashankar Gowda, and Energy Minister Sunil Kumar will participate.
MP Naleen Kumar Kateel, MLA Umanatha A Kotyan, Karnataka High Court Registrar Muralidhar Pai. D, PP Hegde, former president of Karnataka State Bar Council, informed that M Bahubali Prasad, founder president of Moodbidire Bar Association, will be present at the function.
General Secretary Praveen S. Lobo, Vice President Shanti Prasad Hegde, Treasurer Kishore, office bearers Ananda K. Shanthinagar, Sasikala, Megharani were present.

New Court for Moodbidire:
The Government has issued a circular renaming the mobile bench of the 3rd Additional and Senior Civil Judge and JMFC Court Mangalore to Moodbidire and renaming it as the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC Court which used to hold hearings only on two days a week at Moodbidire. By this, the court has additionally sanctioned Moodbidire. It is also possible that its inauguration will be held along with the advocates’ house.
