Moodabidri: A stray dog attacked and injured a two-and-a-half-year-old girl from Kotebagilu who was sitting on a chair to take an injection near the entrance of the community health center here on Friday.
While the child was sitting in a chair with her parents for treatment, a dog that was roaming inside the hospital premises suddenly attacked the child. The child’s cheek and other parts of the face were bitten by the dog. A dog attacked three people including a child in Moodabidri town on Friday
