Moodbidire: Sri Mahaveera First Class College has been granted NAAC accreditation by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council.
A NAAC team comprising education experts visited the college on January 23 and 24 for the fourth round of academic evaluation, scrutinized the academic standards and supplementary arrangements, and granted accreditation.
Former chancellor of Dr. Rammanohar Lodhia University of Uttar Pradesh. Manoj Dixit led the NAC team. The Director of the School of Management, Uttar Maharashtra University Dr. Seema Joshi was the coordinating member. The principal of Government Degree College Srinagar Pulwama Prof. Mushtaq Ali Mir was a member.
During the two-day evaluation, the NAAC team conducted a comprehensive review of the college’s various departments, infrastructure, curriculum adopted, teaching methodology, research, extension work, learning facilities, extra-curricular activities, and administrative arrangements along with management, current students, alumni, parents, teaching and non-teaching staff. There was an exchange of ideas. College Principal Dr. Radhakrishna, IQAC Convenor Nalini, NAC Convenor Dr. Pavin K. The team led by the faculty presented the necessary documents before the NAC committee.
Abhayachandra Jain, Chairman of the Board of Management congratulated the principal, faculty and non-faculty, and students who were responsible for getting the A grade for the college.
