Moodbidire: Madiwala Machideva Jayanti was celebrated by the Taluk Administration at the administrative building on Wednesday.

Madiwala Machideva was the one who kept the mission statement of Samabalu Sarvarigiu Samapalu for all, as said by the veteran Sahiti Sadananda Naravi. The deeds done by him in confiscation of Basavanna are still relevant today. On the occasion of Mahatma Jayanti, we need to remember the guidance, behaviors, and sacrifices he gave to society, he said.
