Moodabidri: In view of the centenary celebrations of Karnataka Bank, the centenary year was inaugurated at the Kodangallu branch near Mahaveera College, by the management board of the college, ex-minister chairman. Ex-minister K. Abhayachandra Jain inaugurated.
Speaking later, he said that Syndicate Bank has been serving in this environment for about 40 years and the branch here was shifted due to the merger of banks. Due to this, the customers of this part suffered a lot. Realizing this, Karnataka Bank has opened a branch here, he said.
Mahaveera College Principal Radhakrishna Shetty, SNM Polytechnic Principal JJ Pinto, MKA CPD Principal Dhananjaya Shetty and bank staff were present.
