Moodbidire: The state government has formed a nine-member committee to study and report on the declaration of Tulu as the second official language of the state, with Dr. M. Mohan Alva as the president of the committee. Dr. M. Mohan Alva was felicitated by the All India Tulu Federation and Tulu Kuta Bedra.
