Moodabidri: MLA Umanatha Kotyan on Tuesday laid the foundation stone for the inauguration of various works worth Rs.7.5 crore and development works worth Rs.13 crore in various parts of Beluwai Gramam.
For the development of the constituency, development works worth Rs 2000 crore have been done without party-caste distinction. The first two years of being elected as an MLA were a bit difficult due to Corona. Otherwise Rs. 5000 crore development works could have been done. Development works have been done in Beluwai Gramam with a grant of Rs.100 crores.
Recently Vighna Santosh is working on humilating me with a video clip of my speech. Kotyan said that there is nothing wrong with what I said and that if the BJP has a feeling that Muslims and Christians will not run for us, then the Congress has a feeling that both communities will run for us.
Tribute: Villagers led by member of 7th ward Bharat Shetty honored Kotyan for providing a grant of Rs.100 crore for development works in Beluvai area. Kotyan was felicitated with flowers by the beneficiaries of 130 families who have received the title deed.
