Moodbidire: A science model of a fuel theft detection machine prepared by Aditya R. Punichittaya and Aprameya Bhatt, students of Excellent English Medium School, Moodbidire, Karnataka, won first place in the Karnataka state division at the South Indian Science Exhibition held at Thrissur, Kerala, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
Science teacher Niranjan R. Pujari guided the students. In the state level science model competition held in Dharwad last month, a total of 15 science models were selected for the South Indian Science Artifact Exhibition and Karnataka won the first position in the team category in the state division level competition.
The president of the institution Yuvraj Jain, secretary Rashmita Jain, head teacher Shivprasad Bhat, teaching and non-teaching classes congratulated the students for their achievement.
