Moodabidri: Pratibha Prasanna Shenoy of Moodabidri has bagged the runner-up award in the state-level competition organized by the Directorate of Child Protection, Government of Karnataka to honor women and protect their rights. Pratibha won the best photogenic face award at the Mrs India Karnataka pageant held in Mangalore.
