Moodabidri: Dhankeerthi Balipa, President of Progressive Agriculture, Bedra Tulu Koota, said that Nagaraja Shetty, a young professional rejected work and devoted himself to his passion for agriculture, is a role model for the youth.
Dr. Beluwai Savipada Amburi on behalf of Moodbidiri Agricultural Information Exchange Centre, observed Nagaraja Shetty’s farm and spoke as the Chief Guest at the Centre’s monthly meeting.
The founder president of the center P.K. Raju Pujari, Ex- President Subhash Chandra Chowta, President Gunapala Mudya, Secretary B. Abhay Kumar, Treasurer P. Jayaraja Kambali, District Agricultural Society President S. D. Sampath Empire, officials were present.
Dr. Nagaraja Shetty couple were felicitated.
As part of integrated farming, agricultural activities including paddy, areca nut, coconut, pineapple, rambutan, dairy farming, poultry farming, bee farming, fish farming, organic fertilizer production were observed and a discussion program was conducted.
